I can’t say thank you enough to Team Henry for putting together this amazing inspirational book. During a time where obesity is at it’s highest in our country and unhealthy food is prevalent everywhere you go, often for a cheaper price than healthy food, every child should have this book to set a positive example.

Utilizing Henry as a role model, kids can also learn that the sky’s the limit if they put action toward their goals. I can’t think of a single child that wouldn’t benefit from “Henry Get’s Moving” and got moving themselves toward whatever their goals may be.

Great book and great people behind such a great cause!

Henry is inspirational. He appeals to students on so many levels. The crisis of obesity begins so insidiously – just as with Henry. His story strikes a basic chord with children, they identify with him and his plight.
I used this book with over 500 students in 5th grade. Although basic, it began conversation that was deep and rich with feeling. The students felt like big brother/ sister to Henry and immediately wanted to help him. It caused a shift in the way they felt about helping themselves and their peers.
This booklet was so very appreciated. I plan on using it again soon, to engage other grades. Hopefully all my students will “get moving” to health.
